Space-powered critical infrastructure for a safer tomorrow.
SUSTAINABLE IMPACT - 2030 AGENDA

Space Ecosystem
Copernicus & Galileo/EGNOS
Focus Area
Emergency Management
COPEU is a high-impact operational platform designed
to unify the response to crises and critical infrastructure. We integrate the precision
of Galileo/EGNOS, the vision of Copernicus and the resilience of GOVSATCOM into a single
strategic tool.
Our capabilities are directly geared towards improving the anticipation and
coordination of emergency teams, ensuring data flow and tactical
security even in hard-to-reach areas or with collapsed infrastructure. COPEU is the
necessary link for a solid and sovereign commercial adoption of space technology in
Europe.
Data fusion for critical decision-making
Common Operational Picture
Multi-agency fusion of geospatial data and real-time asset telemetry for unified and transparent crisis management under European standards.
PNT Resilience (Galileo)
Operationalised Galileo/EGNOS integrity to guarantee the safety of emergency units against Jamming or Spoofing attacks.
Copernicus Observation
Ingestion of optical and thermal remote sensing to generate dynamic tactical maps with persistent terrain-monitoring capability.
Cross-cutting Modularity
Scalable, "close-to-market" design, able to adapt with agility to forest fires, floods or the protection of strategic assets.
In high-uncertainty scenarios, COPEU eliminates data fragmentation. We fuse asset telemetry and terrain variables into an advanced UX interface designed for critical decision-making.
Operational Fusion
Real-time ingestion of operational products, unifying disparate data flows into a single coherent and actionable view.
Predictive Analysis
Uncertainty estimation and prediction of incident evolution through dynamic data models and continuous observation.
Critical Continuity
Resilient connectivity in degraded mode, ensuring that the command centre maintains permanent situational awareness.
SDG-11
Strengthening urban resilience to natural disasters, drastically reducing the economic and human impact through space-based early-warning systems.
SDG-9
Modernisation of national critical infrastructure through advanced digitalisation and persistent monitoring, ensuring secure and sovereign essential services.
SDG-13
Optimisation of tactical response to extreme climate phenomena, using Copernicus data to protect vulnerable ecosystems.
SDG-17
Fostering technological cooperation between European bodies to consolidate the strategic autonomy of the European Union.
Advanced aerospace technology ecosystem
Aerospace Division
SATCOM & HAPS
High-reliability, low-latency broadband communications for rapid deployments in aviation, defence and critical stratospheric environments (High Altitude Platform Stations).
Intelligent Monitoring
FIPAS NASSAT
Intelligent forest-fire prediction and alert system through satellite remote sensing, climate models and artificial intelligence.
